The death of The Crumby Vegan

So dramatic, I know!

But all good things must come to an end, for the time being at least.

My first ever blog article was published on the 27th of June 2016. Since then, I’ve published an article every two weeks without fail.

This could be considered one of my most successful relationships!

The blog has been a commitment that I’ve enjoyed. The whole purpose of the blog was to write for a non-vegan audience that didn’t particularly want to read what I had to write. So I’ve loved it when someone would read an article, reach out to me and then reduce the animal products in their diet. There have been some huge success stories that I’m super proud of.

However, life has become rather busy, both my personal and work-related responsibilities have increased, and I don’t have the time to focus on writing something that would be worthy of your reading energy.

So technically I’m doing you guys a favour. You’re welcome.

Just to be clear though, I’m still vegan. This isn’t me rejecting veganism or trying to pull away. I’m still as vegan as ever, if such a thing exists.

For now I’ll keep The Crumby Vegan Facebook page going, which is nothing more than a collection of vegan memes, and The Crumby Vegan Instagram profile which features yummy food photos and Nutty Dog being cute. I might even return to blogging if my schedule allows it (I hope it does). But for now I will be bidding you all adieu. Thanks for coming along with me on this journey of bad writing and constant self-evaluation.

Wonderful Husband and Nutty Dog also say goodbye.

And now, go vegan! 💚

I will miss the fortnightly thought provoking eye openers Zoë. I actually thought that this weeks headline, was one of your usual click bait tactics to grab our attention. Als, it wasn’t 🥲

Hope you’ll comeback one day vegan guru

Hi Zoë, sorry to see you go. Hopefully it’s a “hasta luego” rather than a final “adios”. You have certainly helped me re-evaluate y diet. Abrazos.

Darn, I just discovered this blog too! But I totally understand, blogging takes a ton of work, and your posts very clearly has loads of thought put into them. Enjoy the break!
